1. As an admission centre you would be responsible for guiding and counseling students and taking admissions for various Programs
2. You will key in admission details about the students online in GOLS students tracking system
3. After enrollment, you will handover the Student's Kit wherever applicable. You will also handover the Internet Access Coupon and guide the student to take course at the designated Cyber café in your locality. Students shall take course from the Cyber café which shall be self paced study, asynchronous (Non-Live, which includes discussion board/email support) and synchronous (Which includes live virtual classroom and chat wherever applicable)
4. In some cases, the students have also to appear for Face to Face contact sessions which may be conducted in your office/other designated location. You shall then collect fees and guide the students for the contact sessions
5. To conduct direct marketing campaigns, to attract students, meet enrollment and revenue targets
6. To counsel walk-in students and to convert them into enrollments
7. To collect fees from students and to deposit in designated account of GOLS
8. Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the GOLS head office, as specified by the product / academic and operational manuals of GOLS
Entrepreneurial Skills: The business partner should be a commercial / business / technical person with a sound financial background. He/she should also have good managerial and administrative skills. He/she should have a good personal standing, and good contacts in the relevant city / town.
Space: The centre should be in a good locality and should have a strong population of students. The premises of the center should face a main road and have a good visibility. It should be well connected to the city / town by public transport. This centre will be used for counseling students and other duties as detailed in the Business Partner's Role. Minimum space requirement is 500 sq.ft.

GOLS's support for the Business Partner (Authorized Admission Centre- AAC)
1. Training Support
• Training the Center Administrator on GOLS's processes and procedures.
• Marketing training for the AAC's counselor will be provided by GOLS as and when required. The training calendar will be declared from time to time.
• Operations training for the AAC's administrator will be provided by GOLS as and when required. The training calendar will be declared from time to time.
2. Marketing Support
• Startup marketing kit containing banners design, brochures, danglers (limited quantity), GOLS authorization certificate, etc.
• Help in implementing local campaigns and direct marketing activities. This help shall be in the form of creating marketing materials on costs basis
• Planning of all local marketing activities with our representatives
• Detailed analysis and suggestions for improvement in activities carried out by AAC
